HCA MATH TEACHER

 
HCA seeks a full-time high school math teacher. This position holds the responsibility of educating and caring for junior high and senior high school students (i.e., grades 6-12).  Teachers holding this position are expected to be able to provide students with meaningful and effective instruction from a Biblical worldview. Teaching a junior high or high school class includes planning, implementing, and assessing lessons.  It also includes the development and management of a positive and healthy classroom environment, which promotes learning as well as the social, physical, and/or spiritual growth of every student. This candidate should be skilled and experienced at providing mathematics instruction in the areas of Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. Experience in differentiating instruction and providing remediation specific to the needs of students is necessary.

    • Physical Requirements:
      • Extensive standing. Extensive walking. Extensive movement (i.e., bending, squatting, turning, etc.). Working in/outdoors. Working extended hours
    • Minimal Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (preferred)
      • Continuing education or annual professional development (required)
      • Previous experience in education (preferred)
      • Class E driver’s license (preferred)

HCA ENGLISH TEACHER

AUTO SHOP MECHANIC

 
CNS International Ministries, Inc. seeks a full-time qualified mechanic. This position requires basic knowledge of automotive repair, including engine accessories, alternators, starters, water pumps, suspension component ball joints, tie rods, shock, brake related parts, etc. Air conditioner service and diagnostic ability are a plus. Employee must have the ability to diagnose and repair vehicles, follow safety instructions and directions, and have proficient skills with hand tools and other equipment. Looking for a self-motivated, independent, and reliable employee with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

    • Physical Requirements:
      • Being able to lift 50 lbs.
      • Physically able to drive
      • Working extended hours and under pressure under stressful situation is common
    • Minimal Qualifications:
      • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

HCYH HOUSE PARENTS

 
HCYH seeks a full-time pair of House Parents. This position is essential to the primary vision of Heartland Ministries to help hurting children. This position holds the responsibility of caring for and raising the youth through a loving and nurturing household. House Parents are expected to shepherd youth through the many complexities of childhood and adolescence from a Biblical worldview. House Parent’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, demonstrating a godly lifestyle, leading the household as unto the Lord, assisting the youth in academic development, and educating and equipping youth with foundational life skills. House Parents must possess a heart to serve and help children. Many of these children come from broken families and various situations that necessitate House Parents to possess patience, self-control, and conflict de-escalation skills.

    • Physical Requirements:
